We re Famous!

Ok, not quite. But as my mega P.R. guru friend Kasey told me, “start local, build cred, then pitch the big boys”.  Ohh….So you’re saying Oprah isn’t interested in interviewing a brand new no-one from no-where? Bummer, I thought she’d think RPF was fabulous!

Luckily for me, my local paper was interested in the story. The Issaquah Press is located in downtown, historic Issaquah in a classic white building that always makes me daydream about clicking typewriters, smoke filled rooms, and daring reporters wearing fedoras. And yes, this pretend started even before MadMen. For 112 years the newspaper has been been sharing local stories and serving the community with class and style. So I couldn’t be more thrilled to ‘start local’. Thank you Patti Enos & the Issaquah Press for showing Run Pretty Far a little love. We truly appreciate it!
