Run Pretty Far goes retail in a NEW women’s running store!

It’s official – - Run Pretty Far is being carried in our first retail store!

And not just any retail store….  Late this spring, I was contacted by Charlotte Walsh and we spent an hour on the phone talking women’s running and making dreams a reality. Her dream was to open a little running shop in her town of Norwood (about an hour outside of Boston) and she was in the final steps of making it happen. The lease was signed, the signs were ordered, and now she wanted to stock it with the hottest in women’s gear. Instead of me pitching her – she had actually found us! I was thrilled and excited to be a part of her new adventure.

And now the doors are open and the grand opening is tomorrow, June 19th starting at noon. If you live anywhere in the Norwood, MA area please go join the fun at Charles River Running for cupcakes, great gear prizes, and a guest speaker.

I think most of us at one point or another have thought, “Oh, I’d like to have a little shop” – housewares, quilting fabric, whatever your pleasure… Well, Charlotte had that same thought, saw a need in her area, and went for it. Good on you Charlotte – we are so excited for you and thrilled that you are bringing Run Pretty Far along for the ride!

As I begin reaching out to select retailers and determine the best way to grow our special brand, I could not think of a better place to start than a small shop started by another woman willing to put it all on the line for something she believes in. No wonder Run Pretty Far looks so at home there!
